In replying please include the name of the school, contact person, address of school, email address, website location, age group / program, preferred dates and times. You will be asked to give three alternate dates and times so that your request can be slotted in to fit in with your school's busy timetable.

A charge is made per performance with maximum of three hundred students per performance;
